Bluevale Phys Ed Course DescriptionsThere are a variety of Phys Ed courses available. Students can choose from: sport classes, fitness classes, and academic classes. Multiple options allow students to personalize their courses for their individual interests and fitness goals. Students have the opportunity to take all the Phys Ed options if they choose.

Gr 12 Exercise ScienceThis course focuses on the study of human movement and of systems, factors, and principles involved in human development. The course prepares students for university & college programs in physical education, kinesiology, health sciences, nursing, sports & massage therapy, medicine, research, bio-engineering and teaching.
Gr 12 Choose to Lead LeadershipThis course focuses on the development of leadership and coordination skills related to recreational activities. Students will complete a variety of leadership activities for a variety of individuals, and groups within the community.
