Girls Course - PPL 3OX Boys Course - PPL 3OYGrade 11 Sport ClassesThis course emphasizes participation in a variety of highly challenging physical activities that promote lifelong healthy active living and personal physical fitness.Students learn movement skills, fitness training methods and principles, varied methods of improving and maintaining personal fitness and physical competence, safety and injury prevention.
Students will set challenging personal fitness goals, develop communication and social skills and focus on achievement based personal fitness outcomes. The goal of this course is to improve student's confidence & competence in fitness training. This course is an excellent opportunity for students to learn and apply their knowledge towards living a healthy active lifestyle. We feel it's important to evaluate effort, attitude, and individuality and not overemphasize skill level. Students will excel if they have a positive attitude, if they work hard and if they try your best.
